I walk the edge between clinical mastery and spiritual wildness. With advanced degrees in Clinical Mental Health and Metaphysical Science—and decades of experience in trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, and soul reintegration—I help women unravel the patterns that have kept them small, silent, and stuck.

But here's what actually matters: I’ve lived the chaos. I’ve danced with shame. I spent years collecting certifications to prove I was worthy of love. And then I remembered—healing doesn’t happen when you’re polished. It happens when you’re honest.

I spent 16 years armored up in a career that taught me discipline, grit, and how to survive—but it was the Earth that taught me how to live. My healing began when I stopped trying to prove I was strong and started remembering that I was divine.

With a Masters in Clinical Mental Health and a Masters in Ministry, I weave science and spirit into every space I hold. I specialize in nervous system healing, spiritual awakening, and emotional freedom for women who are done with surface-level healing and ready to dive deep.

This isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about finally trusting yourself. It’s about melting the masks, coming home to your body, and letting your truth take up space.
